Corporate Governance

We are building on Australia’s reputation for innovation and integrity to set new standards of governance and sustainability for our industry.

International Graphite is a next generation resource developer that aspires to the highest standards of corporate governance. We work hard to embed these values in every aspect of our business and across our supply chain.

We support the intent of the ASX Corporate Governance Council in its publication Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations – 4th Edition, and strive to implement these in line with our culture and values.

Our approach includes progressive Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) processes to ensure we make sustainable business decisions and set high standards when it comes to our environment responsibilities and social performance. In this way, our customers have surety of supply and our shareholders have confidence that they are investing in a better future when they choose to invest in us.
