Industrial manufacturers across Europe, Australia and South-East Asia are actively seeking to reduce their dependence on Chinese graphite imports. IG6 is building a new Western supply of this critical material with two graphite processing facilities due to open in 2027. They will supply a range of high-performance processed graphite products for advanced manufacturing today, with a pathway to battery materials as the market grows.
International Graphite’s growth strategy has kicked a major goal with the signing of an MOU, with leading Italian chemical manufacturer Alkeemia S.p.A., to build an integrated graphite processing facility in Europe. The Company expects to have two production facilities operating by 2027 – in Italy and Western Australia – providing high value graphite products for advanced manufacturing.
